Shipping Policy

At RB Bioworks, we are committed to fast, accurate, and transparent shipping practices. This policy outlines our delivery timelines, shipping methods, and related responsibilities.

1. Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM CST will ship on the following business day.

While we make every effort to process orders quickly, same-day shipping is not guaranteed during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

2. Expedited Shipping Options

Customers may select Overnight Shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping speeds vary based on the selected service and destination. All delivery timeframes are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Carrier Selection & PO Boxes

RB Bioworks ships orders via FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Important:

• FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
• Orders submitted with a PO Box will be shipped via USPS to prevent delays or returned shipments.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.

5. Shipping Liability Disclaimer

RB Bioworks is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays, errors, or lost or stolen packages
• Delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Weather-related delays or force majeure events
• Customs delays or international transit issues (if applicable)

While we are happy to assist with tracking inquiries or carrier communication, refunds are not available for shipping issues beyond our control.

6. Address Accuracy & Order Review

Please verify that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect address information may result in delivery failures, return-to-sender fees, or fulfillment delays. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.
