Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM CST will ship on the following business day.
While we make every effort to process orders quickly, same-day shipping is not guaranteed during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
Customers may select Overnight Shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping speeds vary based on the selected service and destination. All delivery timeframes are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.
RB Bioworks ships orders via FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
